Lincoln— December 5 — A presentation by UNL Horticulture Professor on “Gardens of the World” will highlight the December 11th meeting of the Garden Club of Lincoln.

 Paul Read is a Professor of Horticulture at the University of Nebraska-LIncoln with a research emphasis in viticulture. He is a leader in Nebraska’s developing grape and wine industry. He has presented lectures in Brazil, England, and Australia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Enology and Viticulture – Eastern Region and is a fellow of the American Society for Horticulture Science.

Please join us for this informative program. Our meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and is open to the public. Refreshments will be served before and after the presentation.

The Garden Club of Lincoln meets at the Culler Middle School cafeteria (52nd and Vine Streets–enter through the south door). Public is invited; there is no charge.
